Hoëdic GM island block: a block that combines elegant lines with brass hardware reminiscent of our beautiful country homes. In short, this is our “madeleine de Proust”: family furniture in all its glory, French charm par excellence! Island identical on both sides. Five drawers on wooden runners. Four connecting doors to two cupboards with middle shelves.

Worktop: white marble or black granite. The HOËDIC block, with its elegant “old wood” finish belt, is available in the 11 original shades that make up the DE KERCOET palette. Delivered assembled. Registered design.

Composition

Solid beech, beech veneer, solid hornbeam, solid brass, Ibiza-type white marble or Angolan black granite.

CARE

DE KERCOET furniture is crafted with the utmost care. The quality of the wood and its hand-finishing give it its unique character. I look after my END GRAIN WOOD, and guarantee that my De Kercoet block will last for many years: Every day, wipe with a clean, damp sponge, then a soft, dry cloth.

We recommend regular oiling (mineral or vegetable oil compatible with food contact – see De Kercoet care product) to nourish the fiber.

Leave on for around eight hours, then absorb excess oil;

Caution: direct exposure to sunlight and heat, sudden changes in temperature and low humidity can cause alterations, warping and cracking. Do not machine wash. No direct contact with hot utensils.
